On November 18, representatives from the Technical Department and After-Sales Service Department of Russia’s USVP Company arrived at Luofu Valve Group to conduct pre-delivery inspection and hands-on assembly training.The visit centers on three pilot-operated safety valve changeover devices that will be installed on Russia’s national natural gas pipeline—an application where every detail is expected to perform with absolute precision.

Given the critical nature of the project, the acceptance criteria for the valve assemblies are exceptionally strict.The devices must meet demanding process standards and achieve zero leakage before shipment.For USVP, witnessing each step of assembly and verification firsthand offers both confidence and technical continuity for future maintenance and operation.

The representatives will remain at Luofu Valve Group’s factory until early December, working closely with engineering and quality teams as the equipment progresses through its final checks.Their extended stay reflects the high level of cooperation between both sides, as well as a shared commitment to ensuring that every component delivered is capable of withstanding the stringent requirements of national-level energy infrastructure.
