Product Introduction

The ZJHM pneumatic diaphragm sleeve regulating valve is a pressure balanced regulating valve. Equipped with a multi spring actuator, the overall structure is compact, lightweight, and stable. The fluid channel has a 3-streamline shape, low pressure drop loss, high allowable pressure difference, low noise, and high flow capacity. Widely used for precise control of gas, liquid and other medium process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level to maintain at a given value. Especially suitable for situations with high flow rate, high pressure difference, and low leakage requirements.

This series of products comes in various varieties, including standard and adjustable cutting types, corrugated pipe sealing types, and jacket insulation types. The product has nominal pressure ratings ranging from household to 10, 16, 40, and 64. The valve body diameter range is from DN20 to 500, and the applicable fluid temperature ranges from -196 ℃ to+560 ℃. There are various grades within this range. The leakage standards include Class IV, V, and VI. The flow characteristic is linear or equal percentage. Multiple varieties and specifications are available for selection.

Features:

1. Adopting a balanced valve core structure, the axial imbalance force is small, the allowable pressure difference is large, and the stability is good. The sleeve has good interchangeability, convenient disassembly and easy maintenance.

2. The all metal valve core structure is suitable for various working occasions, meeting the Class IV leakage standard, and the soft sealing structure valve core meets the Class VI leakage standard.

3. The valve body is designed according to the principles of fluid mechanics as an equal load surface low flow resistance channel, with a wide adjustable range, an inherent adjustable ratio of 50:1, and a 30% increase in rated flow coefficient.

4. The actuator adopts a multi spring structure, reducing the height by 307%. Reduce weight by 30%.

5. The ZJHMW type corrugated pipe sealing regulating valve forms a complete seal on the moving valve stem, blocking fluid leakage.
