Y645H/Y645Y pneumatic steam pressure reducing valve (also called pneumatic regulating valve) is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, valve disc and other parts, and adopts the structure of double valve seat and double cone valve disc. Adopting pressure-balanced disc, the pressure can be adjusted by the lifting and lowering of the disc, which can be equipped with a multi-spring straight-stroke pneumatic actuator to realize remote control and automatic control. It is more appropriate to use 0.6 for the decompression ratio of this series of products. Mainly used in steam pipelines to adjust pressure. It is widely used in industries such as cogeneration, textile, printing and dyeing, petrochemical, and sugar making.

Product function of pneumatic pressure reducing valve:

The pneumatic pressure reducing valve adopts a double-number guide structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuation mechanism. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used to accurately control the process parameters of gas, liquid, steam and other media such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level to maintain a given value.
