Product Introduction

Product introduction:

Y110X, Y416X series adjustable pressure reducing and stabilizing valves are direct-acting thin-film spring pressure reducing valves. It is mainly composed of adjusting spring, diaphragm, piston, valve seat, valve clack and other parts. The diaphragm is used to directly sense the downstream pressure to drive the valve flap, and control the opening of the valve flap to complete the function of pressure reduction and stabilization. Suitable for water, air and non-corrosive liquid pipelines with a working temperature of 0-80℃. In the cold and hot water supply and fire water supply systems of high buildings, it can replace conventional partitioned water pipes, simplify and save system equipment, and reduce engineering costs. Play the role of pressure reducing and stabilizing.

The working principle of the pressure reducing valve, the principle of selecting the pressure reducing valve:

1. The fluctuation of the inlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be controlled within 80%-105% of the given value of the inlet pressure. If it exceeds this range, the performance of the pressure reducing valve will be affected.

2. Generally, the pressure Pc after the valve of the pressure reducing valve should be less than 0.5 times the pressure before the valve, that is, Pc<0.5P1. Each spring of the pressure reducing valve is only applicable within a certain range of outlet pressure, and the spring should be replaced if it exceeds the range.

3. When the working temperature of the medium is relatively high, the pilot piston type pressure reducing valve or the pilot type bellows pressure reducing valve are generally used.

4. When the medium is air or water (liquid), it is generally appropriate to use a direct-acting membrane pressure reducing valve or a pilot-operating membrane pressure reducing valve.

5. When the medium is steam, a pilot piston pressure reducing valve or a pilot bellows pressure reducing valve should be used.

6. For the convenience of operation, adjustment and maintenance, the pressure reducing valve should generally be installed on a horizontal pipeline.
